Colorado Heavy Hitters Show merchandise is made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

The item arrives damaged

The item contains a manufacturing defect

The wrong item was received

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Buyer remorse

Incorrect sizing selections

Color variations due to screen settings

Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
